‘Growing together within God’s loving family, we support, challenge and inspire each other to become the best that we can be’

19th October 2026

It’s been another busy but wonderful week in school, with our book fair, individual photographs and our sports teams proudly representing us at tag rugby and basketball. We have been especially delighted to see our Gospel values shining through in the way our children have treated one another and those around them. Whether showing kindness and compassion, supporting a friend, demonstrating perseverance or celebrating the achievements of others, our children have been wonderful ambassadors for our school family. It is a real joy to see our mission of growing together within God’s loving family being lived out each day, with our children challenging, supporting and inspiring one another to be the best that they can be.

Last week, Year 3 visited Manchester Central Library for an inspiring poetry workshop with the wonderful poet Joseph Coelho!

The children loved listening to poems and using their imaginations to create lines for their very own poems. They also had the opportunity to explore the library and enjoy reading books together.
