School Uniform

We ask all parents and carers to ensure that children follow the school uniform requirements. Wearing our uniform helps promote a sense of belonging, pride and equality within our school community. Thank you for your support.

Everyday School Uniform:

  • Blue sweatshirt or cardigan: with the school logo, available to purchase from school via Parentpay.

  • Shirt or polo shirt: plain white.

  • Trousers: dark grey or black.

  • Skirt or pinafore dress: navy blue, black or grey.

  • Tights: plain black, white or grey.

  • Shoes: plain black school shoes. Trainers, boots, high heels and sandals are not permitted.

Jewellery:

For safety reasons, jewellery should be kept to a minimum.

  • Small, plain stud earrings only, with one stud in each ear.

  • A small, non-smart watch may be worn at the child's own risk. Smart watches are not permitted.

Hair and Appearance:

  • Hairstyles must not include logos, lines or shapes shaved into the hair or eyebrows.

  • Long hair must be tied back securely and kept away from the face.

  • Hair accessories should be plain and in white, blue or black.

  • Make-up, nail varnish and nail extensions are not permitted.

PE Kit:

Children should keep their PE kit in school during term time. Swimming kits should be brought in when required.

  • Top: plain white polo shirt or T-shirt, without logos.

  • Shorts: plain black shorts.

  • Cold weather: plain black jogging trousers may be worn.

  • Footwear: black plimsolls or trainers suitable for PE.

Please ensure that every item of your child's clothing, including PE kit, is clearly labelled with their name.

Although we take care to help children look after their belongings, the school cannot accept responsibility for lost items. Clearly labelled clothing makes it much easier to return lost property to its owner.

Thank you for helping us maintain our school uniform standards and ensuring that children are ready to learn and take part in all school activities.
