Rocks and Soils

The children investigated how rocks change over long periods of time. We learned all about erosion caused by the weather, the sea and rivers.

The children experimented to see if they could recreate erosion in the classroom. We found that rocks break apart when shaken in a bottle to recreate the weathering experience.

Year 3 investigated as to whether magnets needed contact to attract.
