Malorie Blackman
This Black History Month, Year 3 have been learning about the achievements of Malorie Blackman, a celebrated British author. We read her exciting story Grandpa Bert and the Ghost Snatchers and really enjoyed getting to know the characters and following the spooky adventure! The children were inspired by Malorie Blackman’s imaginative storytelling and discussed how her work encourages us to be brave, kind and to always help others. We are proud to celebrate her contribution to literature and how she has inspired so many young readers like us.
