We are proud to be leaders of the faith! Here we are taking part in class worship, coming together to share and reflect on the message of the Gospel.
Through our prayers, discussions, and actions, we are learning how to live out our faith each day and spread hope and kindness throughout our school community.
In November, Year 2 learned about peace through prayer and worship. We talked about what it means to be peaceful in our hearts and in the way we treat others. Through prayers, reflections, and special worship time, we thought about why peace is so important, especially this month, as we remember Remembrance Day and the people who work hard to make the world a safer, kinder place. It helped us understand how we can bring peace into our own lives and the lives of others.
Here are some reflections from our recent Annunciation worship. We learned about Mary and the special message the angel Gabriel brought to her. We talked about how Mary said “yes” to God because she loved Him and trusted Him. It was wonderful to think about how brave and kind Mary was, and it helped us think about how we can also show love and trust in God every day.
