At Cathedral School, we offer:

• Transition days throughout Key Stage Two to local secondary schools.
• Years Five and Six experience taster days at various secondary schools.
• If deemed appropriate, the SENCO and Year Six teacher will meet relevant staff from secondary schools to ensure friendship groups are kept together and to liaise about targets for children with a Special Educational Need.
