Geography
To advance our learning in geography this term we have been learning about the countries in the UK and their capital cities. We have looked at the difference between a city and the county side. We will be looking at human and physical features in cities and in the country.
To advance our learning in geography we have been learning about our local area. We have drawn pictures to show where we live and to show our journey to school. We have also been to Salford Cathedral and taken pictures along the way. Our next activity is going to be drawing a map from School to the Cathedral.
We are also going to be looking at maps showing our local area. we are going to find our houses on the map and see who lives the furthest away from school and who lives the closest.
