People Who Help Us
Nursery have been learning all about the people who help us. We have been finding out about the important jobs that some people do and how they help us in an emergency.
We discovered that, to do their job, firefighters do lots of training. We became honorary firefighters for the day. We practised putting our protective clothing on in a hurry, we exercised and saw how this effected our bodies and we practised squirting the hose.
Helping people in the hospital is a very busy job. Nurses and doctors look after us when we are unwell.
It's important to take good care of your teeth. Dentists help us to look after our teeth.
