History

We have been studying the Ancient Egyptians. We found trying to identify some of the artefacts quite difficult and we didn't like the idea of wearing the wigs like they did and their death and afterlife was a real discussion point in the class, particularly when we found out that they actually hired out mourners, the more important you were the more people would cry. We learnt they had a fascination with cats and they actually buried most of their possessions with them. They really were incredible people and we realised just how they changed the world.

The Egyptians inspired some of our art work.

The ancient Mayans.

The ancient civilisation of Maya were fascinated. They were so clever, they were amazing mathematicians.
