Class read: Titchy Witch and the Disappearing Baby.

Our class read: Titchy Witch and the Disappearing baby written by Rose Impey and Katherine McEwen.

We explored the book:

What is an author? " The person who writes the book" replied Harriet. What is an Illustrator? "They draw the pictures"replies Jacob.  Can everyone show me the blurb? What is a blurb? " It tells some of the story" replies Edward. The children listened to the story being read to them and they turned the pages when instructed to do so. We stopped reading the story to talk about the familiar and unfamiliar words as well as sharing our questions and answers.
