Transition to Secondary

At Cathedral School, we offer:

Transition days throughout Key Stage Two to local secondary schools.
Years Five and Six experience taster days at various secondary schools.
If deemed appropriate, the SENCO and Year Six teacher will meet relevant staff from secondary schools to ensure friendship groups are kept together and to liaise about targets for children with a Special Educational Need.
