Salford’s Big Sing
On Thursday 15th of June the members of the Cathedral School Choir performed at Salford’s Big Sing at The Lighthouse. A fantastic day was had by all as children attended a workshop with several other schools during the day to polish their performance. They had great fun practicing their songs and learning a few silly songs along the way. In the evening, they returned for a performance for parents and sang as a combined choir of over 200 primary school children. We were also treated to performances by Salford’s Adult Choir and several of their youth choral groups. ‘Bungalow’ proved to particular favourite of the night!
