Fairtrade Rocky Road Truffles
During fairtrade fortnight Year 5 looked at the importance of buying fairtrade chocolate, so that the cocoa farmers receive a fair price for their hard work.
We wrote recipes for our rocky roads, created persuasive adverts and boxes to present them in.
To to make our rocky roads we worked in groups with Miss Daly to melt the chocolate and mix in the rest of the ingredients. We then left them in the fridge to set overnight.
