We are musicians!

Year Four complete sessions of music weekly with Mr Winstanley from the Salford Music and Performing Arts Service (MAPAS).  So far, they have learned Samba drumming and are currently learning how to play tuned percussion.  Have a listen below to some of the pieces that the children have produced.

In addition to playing, the children have created various songs during this year so far, including a rap for Anti Bullying Week and a powerful song about the Mission Statement.  They have also been learning to use Garageband to compose their own music.
