Bread Making!
As part of our learning in design and technology, the children made harvest loaf. We used measured out our ingredients - flour, yeast, sugar, salt and water and kneaded the bread to make a dough. After letting it rise we made patterns with our bread with a harvest loaf theme. Little did the children know the subtle maths going on throughout the activity!
