Owl Babies
Nursery read a story about some owlets who were looking for their mummy. 'The owl babies were very sad because their mummy was gone,' Lillie commented.
Nursery decided the owl family might like a new home to live in. We studied the nest that belongs to a bird in one of the EYFS trees. The children then designed and built a new nest for the owls using some of the natural things they found in the environment. 'We need feathers to make it soft,' Eryk decided.
