Harvest time
As part of our Autumn topic, we looked at Harvest time and what happens during this time. The children looked at a variety of vegetables, some of which we hadn’t seen before, and used pastels to draw them.
We then made our own vegetable soup. We had a great time, chopping, slicing and blending the vegetables to make our soup. However, we saved the best bit for last… eating the soup!
It was delicious! So watch out, we could have a potential ‘junior masterchef’ in our midst!
