Creation and Covenant
God created a wonderful world, he said "Indeed it is good" Genesis 1:31.
God loves everything that he made, the world is his gift to us and we need to take care of it and each other.
We have been working together to recreate the creation story in our play. Mrs Mc Fadden came to play and she asked us some questions.....
What did God see in the beginning? "Nothing, it was dark" Nathan replied. Mrs Mc Fadden asked us to close our eyes, everything was black... that is what God saw. What did God make first? "Light" Karis, what do we call the dark and light? "Morning and night time" How can we look after the things God made? "Don't stand on flowers" Luna What happened on day ______? What did God do on day 7?
We talked about how each day was named and we call it the days of the week.
