🎨 Year 3 Ammonite Creations 🌀
In Year 3, we have been exploring art inspired by fossils, focusing on ammonites. The children created their own two-colour relief prints, carefully carving patterns to show the spiral shapes and textures found in real fossils. They also used clay to sculpt their own ammonites, developing their skills in shaping, imprinting and adding detail. It has been wonderful to see their creativity grow as they experimented with different techniques and brought their ideas to life.
