Religion Curriculum

Take a look at some of our Religion work below.

The children explored Bible scripture to reflect on how we can live with kindness, community, and faith. Inspired by Acts of the Apostles 2:42, they learned about the early believers' devotion to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer. Through discussion and reflection, they considered how these values could shape our daily lives, helping us to support one another, learn together, and build a strong and caring school community where everyone felt included and valued.

The children explored the Ten Commandments, thinking about how these teachings guide the way we live and treat others. They reflected on Jesus’ teaching about the greatest commandment, to love God and love our neighbours and considered what this means in their own lives. Inspired by their learning, they wrote letters to a friend about Jesus, sharing their thoughts on kindness, respect, and the importance of showing love to others in all that we do.

We explored the theme of solidarity through Bible scripture, thinking about how our words and actions can bring people together. The children reflected on passages and the meaning of each.
