Religion Curriculum

As part of our learning about the Pilgrims of Hope and the Jubilee theme of hope, the children completed a range of activities for homework. They had the following choices:

Symbols of Hope – Art Activity

Draw or create a symbol of hope. This could be a rainbow, a candle, a dove, or something that is special to you. Write 1-2 sentences explaining why you chose this symbol and how it represents hope.

Hope in Our Lives – Reflection

Think about a time when you felt hopeful. It could be waiting for a special event, trying your best at something new, or helping someone else. Write a few sentences about how hope made you feel and why it is important.

A Prayer of Hope

Write a short prayer about hope. Think about what you are hopeful for, who you would like to pray for, and how hope can bring light to others.
